    Hi,
this grading system istn really in use in germany. Most prefer Hinomaru/Mosura/V Band and so on.
But the founders of this grading System imported shrimps some years ago which are well spread in Germany. some Keepers call them K14 and they dont know this old grading system.

Just got my TDS pen in today. Took forever to get here.
I tested my water with regular test.
    pH 6.4
    GH 4
    KH 0

    But my TDS reads 200.

How much water should I take out to lower my TDS?

Here you will find various calculators including water mixing

This in microsiemens so you'll have to convert your ppm

HI my friend, for me if your shrimps are doing good and very active I WOULD NOT CHANGE A THING. TDS 200 is not BAD, as i always say the more fiddling you do with your water parameters the more harm you cause on the shrimps.

    That's reassuring to hear.

My Taiwans are active and eating.
Unexperience that I am I notice nothing wrong with them.

Even my tiny juvies are moving about too.

I'll hold off till next month or if I see levels go higher.

    Yes I have nerite snails.
Do not like them but they do clean the algae.

Yes this is my new set up, for a taiwan only tank.
