    Which is better:

    Eheim 2071 Professional 3 250

    Or

    Eheim 2032 ecco-pro 130 Filter

    Or other type, any suggestions?

Bought an Eheim 2075 1250l/h filter, now running in my big tank & moved Aqua One 750l/h to my CRS tank water is now crystal clear over night, no more deaths.

Last week my female CRS had an injury to it's side: the sacks behind it's head was ripped up and is up at an angle like the gull wing door of a Lamborghini, it recovered & is find now, except for the flap.

    This was last week.

It's happened again to one of my male CRS, exactly same injury, then I saw a nasty cherry male attack it and cling onto it's side! The CRS tried in vain to shake it off in like a death spiral whacking violently! I had to separate them as it seem the cherry was eating it.

Afterwards it was laying in it's side, but recovered after a while.

    Photos to follow shortly.

    Hi bro,
Nice to hear and know that your tank is doing so well now. Keep up the good work, hope to see pics of your shrimps soon.

As for the injuries, assuming that you dont have any fishes inside, maybe you want to keep a look out on any sharp objects in the tank. Cherries are known to be good companion to CRS, but it still a Stronger Survive out there, so I wont be surprised that if a shrimp is weak, others will attack it. Best is to quarantine the injured separately so that it will not add extra stress to it.

Unfortunately it just died about an hour ago, seems the stress of being attacked was just too much.

Got some good pics of injuries, so will post then thus evening, see if anyone has seen similar.

What do I do with 20+ male cherries?
