    I have one baby looking like this, he's only 5mm right now though, but taiwan bee father and mischling father. black and white head (mostly black) and then white body and tail. I'm hoping it survives to adulthood. So far it's 3-4 weeks old.

    Hmmm. I thought I already posted this, but I guess I didn't. In the snake world this color pattern is called piebald.

    It would be neat to see if the color could be confined to the head and the rest of the body white. if true piebald, the splotches are random and I don't think it could be contained in just one part.

    Even better to have two lines mordalphus! Also would be interesting to see if the genetic mutation is on the same gene when bred together.

    In the leopard gecko world there were at least 2 kinds of albinos, for instance. Rainwater and Tremper. Both were pretty in their own way, but when bred together they yielded normal offspring. The mutations were on different genes.
