I have posted an article on the basic mechanism of HMF filters - awaiting approval by the moderators.

// edit: the article has been approved. Here it is, it explains how HMF works: Basic Principles of the HMF

These King Kong and Panda, are they a form of Crystal Black or are they a new specie?

King kong and panda (and red ruby, red wine, blue bolt...) are a mutation of the crs/cbs shrimps. You can read more about this shrimps in this topic: http://www.shrimpnow.com/forum/show...wan-Bee-Shrimp

Beautiful tanks, szentgyo. You're clearly very successful with shrimp! If I might ask, what do you feed your cardinal shrimp?
Thank you! When i got my first cardinals shrimps, they ate only spinat, nothing else, but now they accept every kind of food.

Thank you for that great article! I use this hand made filtration system in all of the tanks, it works well!

After 2 months, the first berried females start to appear in the tanks, take a look

    BT3 black tiger:

    Smiley head crs:

    "Wolkenpass shrimp"

    Those blue eggs

And a small impression from the sulawesi tank:

I hope the shrimplets will be born soon!
