I have a setup question... I used to use racks just like that for kitchen items and found them to be strong but never placed tanks on them. Have you used then in the past?
The only racks I've ever trusted for tanks are "gorrilla" racks, but they're quite expensive.

Perfect tanks, thanks for sharing! I have a question: Do you cycle them without gravel and is the black the undergravel filter? Or do you have any special set up? Why there is only glass in the front area of the tank?

I'm guessing the front area of the tank for moss pad.

This setup runs on overflow filteration like Marine Tank setup...
Front portion had a 3cm glass stripe to seperate the soils and for placing Mosses on stainless steel for nice view.

Hope below picture have better understanding:

    Rack size 4ft x 1.5ft x 7ft
Per rack 6 Tanks / Overflow Design
    Per Tier 2 Tanks - 57cm x 45cm x 30cm
    Filteration Sump Tank
Soils ADA1 mixed ADA2 (12 tanks) and Silane Imported Soils (12 tanks)
    Air Con Room
    Total: 24 Tanks
