    Default what major things should i measure before adding CRS

    ok
    ph is 6.6
    nitrates are 0
    water temp is 23-26.6
    water is stight from tap
    does kh and gh matter?
    anything else i should measure?

    ph 6.6 is good
    NO2 should be 0
    NO3 should be target is 0-25 for me under 40 should be ok.
    GH needs to be 4-6 and it gives materials for the CRS grow better color and shell. For me GH4 is still not enough, some CRS cant molt in GH4, so I keep 5-6.
    KH doesn't really matter normally 0-2.

    Check for NO2 and NH4, these are the most important.
    Use water conditioner as well, Australian water contain high chlorine and copper.
