Hi altoids, congrat.... Basically you dont really need to do much. Do the normal things, like how you do all the time. Like water change, feed them well... And make sure your water paremeter is right. One important thing to take note. That is... sit back and wait for the shrimplet to hatch.... Good luck....

Hi altoids, its actually all up to u. U will know it when? But, once u are ready, and have all the knowledge u needed, u will soon have a tank, fill with beautiful shrimps. Take your time and find out more. Cheers...

I would add some (safe) plants.

As your tank is now, you could wonder why to put a light above it. Except if you only want to grow some algae. But the plants will give you more surface for bacteria and algae, in turn for the shrimp to forage on + soak up the nitrate which will build up over time, overall buffer the tank.

    But that's just me.
    have patience my friend

i am slowly working on some moss in those containers at the top of my tank(Fissidens splachnobryoides ) it just grows so slow!

so i am thinking of getting a nice carpet plant or something. im not shure though.
