Thatīs like it is on the german page.
It must be easy to read, with a lot of informations.
We have to think about the weights and measures. Better using litres + gallons.
What do you think about following:

    Scientific name:
    English name:
    Origin:
    Description: (looking)
    Size female:
    Size male:
    Water temperature:
    Water Parameters: (hard-soft, PH, etc.)
    Offspring requires brackish water: yes/no
    Number of eggs:
    Frequency of breeding: ...weeks
    Behaviour: agressive against ... / non-agressive
    Minimum tank size:
    Difficulty: easy-normal-hard to keep
    Food:
Remarkings and tips: (keeping with other animals, tank equipment, natural habitat, etc.)

Ok, I combine both of your suggestions and added some of mine:

    English name:
    Scientific name:
    Origin:
    Size male/female:
    Water temperature: C/F
Water Parameters: (pH, kH, DH, TDS......)
High or low water breeding form?
    Behaviour: agressive against ... / non-agressive
    Difficulty: easy-normal-hard to keep

    Description:
Describe their physical apparents, provide information on their diet. Optional information on special water parameter to breed them, to induce breeding and water condition for fries to grow, if different from survival water parameter as described above. Numbers of eggs, survival rate. Tank size (minimal, height...) requirement? Known mutation or recessive genes? And thing special/demand to mention on this species? Color variation? And .....

My Experience on this species (optional)
Give a brief description of how long you have keep this species. How many you started with and how many you breed so far......

    Remarks (optional)
Remarks and tips: (keeping with other animals, tank equipment, natural habitat, etc.).

    Pictures (not optional)

    Links and Credit (optional)

Does this look ok? Any modification?

What we need next is a list of species of shrimps you keep and you can provide the information on species list.

I will set the Library Species list to be accessible my members, member will be able to add in their own species list. 1 article per species. Only the species list starter can edit his/her own writeup. Species list starter is encouraged to update his/her write up as time goes by or after experience gain where applicable. Pictures are to be loaded into SN Gallery.

Any suggestion we can make this list better?

    Frank,

I don't get you on this:
We have to think about the weights and measures

    Hi Ken,

I just thought about the difference between our countries.
    litres or gallons
    centimetres or inch
    °C or °F

That everybody knows what it is we should use them together.

Hi Adam, I posted another picture of the "green" shrimp. I bought a bunch of shrimp at once from this guy and a few of them were small enough that you couldn't tell whether or not they were RCS...so they grew up and turned out to be this yellowish/greenish thing. Of coure, the message function isn't working for me now so I'm posting a reply to one of your posts (sorry bout that). Anyway, see if that's a better picture for you to identify them!

    Ciao
