    Default Neocaridinas in RO water

    Hello.

I changed my tank water to RO water and I keep Neocaridias. In tank I use inert substrate (lava sand). For remineralization I can use Seachem Equilibrium gh+. It raise Gh to 6-8 but leaves KH 0. Can I leave the KH 0 in Neocaridinas who have inert substrate tank? Is it affect my tank pH fluctuation? Do I have to raise KH to 4 at least somehow? Can I use SERA mineral salt for that purposes? I can purchase Seachem products too.

    Thanks.

What pH are you looking for? If you move your KH to 2 your pH will go up to 6.8 that is assuming your RO water starts at about 6
