Question CRS dead, possibly bullied to death?

    Hey guys!

So today when I came back home, I looked into the tank to find one of my CRS lying on the floor, motionless and onto it's side. As I retrieved it from the tank and gave a closer look, I saw that one of it's antennae was missing. Could the other shrimp possibly bullied it to death? A couple hours before the incident, i had a power outage. Resulting to no light and no filtration. Could this also of been another factor? Although none of my other shrimp are dead.
