    Default Ideal Tank Size

So I'm looking to setup a shrimp tank for more advance shrimp. Did Neos in the past and looking to jump into Crystals & Maybe even TB's/Mischlings.

I'm limited in space in my office and want to see what I can get away with for tank size. I currently have a 10 gallon(37 Liters) tank that I can use. Would this tank be enough if I just slap a hang on back filter and maybe and air stone?

Also how many Liters of ADA should I use in this tank size?

    Hey Liger,

good size for anything. And no need for any air stone.
A good filter is enough, probably a Söchtling Oxydator.
What kind of filter you use does not matter, but whatever it is, the sponge over the intake has to be really fine to prevent the babies to be sucked in. I recommend a HMF or a ground filter.
I would use a 3 liter bag regular for the base and 3 liter powder on top. The powder massively increases the speed of growth as even the babies can lift them for the delicious bacteria beneath.
    Cheers

10 Gallon tank is fine... a 20 gallon long' would be even better
And YES, adding an air-stone is a good idea

*personally I wouldn't use ADA.... I'd use UP Aqua Shrimp Sand hands-down'
