Towards the center of the tank.

If you have air-driven sponge filter, then you don't need air-stone.

Your spray bar is too long for your filter's flow rate. Is your spray bar plastic or glass? If it is plastic, you could saw a section off.

Currently you have shrimp in the tank before the tank mature. It is very hard for me to advise how often and how much water to change. Especially, you are using a lesser popular substrate. What you could do is to perform 10% weekly and monitor the water colour and algae growth, tweak accordingly.

I saw that you put a lot of plants in the tank. I 90% sure half of them will rot during the first few weeks. When plant rot, you will have to remove them and perform more water change.

The spray bar is plastic, so you recommend me to saw it off and put it on the right next to my filter? Please correct me if I am wrong.

To prevent rot , what plants do you think is unnecessary? Could rot be prevented ? And which plants are most likely to rot ? Most are java miss on drift wood and others are hmdwarf hair grass and x4 pcs of HC mesh .

    Thanks

    Yes, correct.

Without CO2 injection and high nutrient level, HC and dwarf hair grass will definitely rot. If you try to remove the dwarf hair grass now, you will disturb the substrate. This could kill your shrimp.

Would u recommend dose very little flourish and daily small dose of excel for my setup ?

About the substrate, it's yokohama perfect sansd. The shop said it s the type with less dirt so it that you can top up substrate on top of water.
I can't find much info about this on the net for this brand though .

I want to ask, for chemicals like bacteria and dechlorine agent, can you put into canister instead of directly to tank. Would it be better this way ?

Such a small tank don't dose Excel. HC requires more than what you mentioned, it is a hard to keep plant for beginner.

Why are you dosing de-chlorinator? Isn't it supposed to mix with tap water beforehand?

Because when doing water change , I need to add tap water into it. Not using distilled water. So should I use prime for water change which is the declorine agent I was using ?

Furthermore, here is a picture I changed the spray bar.
