    It is external filter, right?
If i change 10%-15% every week, it would be good?
I want to buy sponge filter, what a powerful air pump to buy(how many l/h)?
I want insert Glowlighet Tetra or Ember Tetra or Mosquito Rasbora or Celestial Pearl Danio(4 fish),
    Aquarium volume 25L.
The fish don't eat the shrimps were born?

Yes a small Eheim ( but might be too big for your small tank)

Yes but not good enough 30% weekly is a must, the shrimps and fish prefer clean fresh water all the time.

A good small Canister would be the best or even a Hang on Back filter, suitable for a 30-40lt tank.

    Get 10 Celestial Danios.

That is what I have in my tank and never touch the shrimp their mouths are too small.

How i know shrimps do not like changes in the parameters of the water, are you sure that 30% is not too much?

You know that my aquarium is 25 liters not gallons
    So i'll get 4 fish...

Regardless of the size of the tank a 30% is always the recommended water change.

If I could store more water I would do 2 30% changes a week.

Shrimps live naturally in creeks and small river that have a continual medium to fast water movement.

This is one creek in Queensland Aust where they can be caught.

They will breed better in clean fresh water.

I think you would be best to open another topic for that question.

My knowledge of Amano is a big ZERO
