Hi, I will like to check if i put the above shrimp together,
will they cross breed?

Thank you.

Also, blue shrimp size is so much bigger,
is it safe to put with the cherry and green neon?

You should put Cherry and Neons together with no risk.
Problem should be "Blue", bluish shrimps can belong to more species. ex: N. Palmata, should be pretty blue and can crossbreed with cherry. Maybe you have other blue species. hard to say.

I recently saw a blue neocaridina species available. Was wondering if it would breed in my tank just like the cherries. I'd keep them in their own tank to prevent hybrids.

Blue neocaridina will crossbreed with cherries. Same genus. Avoid mixing at all costs.

If I end up getting the blues, I will definitely keep them separate.

I'm asking all my local fish stores if they can order any interesting algae eating shrimp. So far, nobody can.
