Unfortunately, they don't want to breed, I have got them since October 2011...

Anyone has an idea?

Hello

Yes, it's Oliver Knott Nature Soil, but it was a bad idea with crayfish that dig a lot (and there's no more plants but floating plants...), there's a lot of mud now. Next time, I will change the soil for gravel.

Hi kobal. Nice pictures. I had them for a log time but no success in breeding them (I don't know why, I had males and females on a 200L tank). For substrate (related to crayfishes and crabs) I've used two tipes of material: sand from the beach for small species and small rounded river stones for the largest ones (like clarkis). No mud, no floating particles, high mineralized water, and cheapest impossible ^^
