See subject...

I woke up the morning and notice my red claw macro was missing an arm (one of the longer pincer arms). Will it grow back? I'm pretty sure these inverts can regenerate but i would like to be sure.

I think he got harrassed by a fish after moulting and tried to attack it and lost an arm in the process.

Is he more susceptible to harm now? Should i sperate him?

It will definitely grow back. No worries.

Cool. Thanks. Also, does anyone know anything about housing Bolivian Rams with female bettas and shrimp?

The arm will grow back, but it may not be quite as good as the original arm. It's kind of like a lizard that loses its tail when you grab it as a defense mechanism... the tail grows back, but not as nice.

Shrimps will be great snacks for the betta and ram, and I don't think the ram and betta will like eachother. :D

oh no! I have 4 female bettas already. That might explain why my bumblebee shrimp dissapeared.
