hii
what can be the danger of over filtrate ?
because i think that i have no more berried female since i had a big sponge filter in complement of my canister filter (ecco pro 2032 500l/h) in a 54L tanks.

I think you cannot over-filtrate your tank. More filter volume is not bad, but too much drift or flow rate is not so good.

the flow rate is not too high due to the square of blue moss at the entrance of the filter ^^
maybe they need a bit of dirty , my tank are very very clean but i never clean them , some water changes and that all .
can i have NH4 in my waters due to the filters ?
