hi guys...
i have a 6 gal tank.. and 10 ghost shrimps (Got the shrimps from my friend)
i could put them in my main tank cause i have angels...
anyhoo....
what should i feed them..
also will they eat alage...

any help would be great..

You can feed them with pellets meant for fish or those specifically made for shrimps. They eat algaes (if they are real hungry) or scavenge food scraps from fishes.

Give them enough hideout since you are keeping them with fishes, they may come out for food only when the light is off, this can be the case when there are big fishes swimming above them.

Ghost shrimps eat a large variety of food but I observe they are more carnivorous... So any sinking pellets or small scraps of meat should be able to keep them happy. :)

Just a note - when U.S. and Singaporean aquarists employ the term "ghost shrimp", they have different species in mind.

I didn't know that haha. So what species each country is refering to? This is confusing.. lol
