Can I put najas/guppy grass in the shrimp tank?

Yes, you can. It's fast growing so it keeps NO3 under control. Just put it 1 side of the tank or back of the tank will look very nice.

Why do you hesitate to keep Najas in a shrimp tank?
The only thing I dislike are the long roots wich stick everywhere.

Frank, the reason I'm asking because a while back I read some article online(I wish I remember the link), there are couple kinds of plants that is not recommend for the shrimp tank.

the only one I can think of that has the reputation to do any harm is the anubia. but I am trying it right now in one of my tanks and it seems to be a myth :)
