Or anyone with info about reproduction of CRS, Tiger or Cherry shrimps are welcome!

My questions are:

After female laid eggs and carrying them between the swimmerets, do eggs have some sort of connection with the mother in terms of obtaining nutrition from the mother? If so, food quality for the mother may affect eggs developments?

Or the mother simply passivly carry them and providing them with water movement for ventilation until they hatch? Is this equivalent to Chicken and eggs whereby the hen provides warmth for the eggs to hatch but hen does not actually 'feed' them as eggs already have sufficient proteins within the eggs for embryonic development?

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

:D :D no, eggs does not take foot from mother. Same as birds, reptile eggs. No connections. they only carry it.
